MEDICAL DETACHMENT COMMANDER'S PHILOSOPHY

The Medical Detachment is in the business of preserving the fighting strength of soldiers in the California Army National Guard. We need to enhance our focus on health promotion and health education. We need to continue to have a strong customer orientation and constantly look to improve the quality of the products and services we provide. We need to place a premium on team development as it relates to our mission and as an overriding focus of how we work together. We will continue to develop leaders at all levels within the organization in order to offer greater experiences for our staff, as well as promote leadership as a necessary skill set. We will continue to enhance the lines of internal and external communication so as to better serve our staff and the soldiers we support. Most importantly we will provide a unified effort to do WHATEVER is necessary to care for the soldiers of the California Army National Guard. THEY DESERVE ONLY THE BEST.
